Positioned as IHG's Luxury Lifestyle brand, it boasts a smart restaurant and bar. Our unique layout places the gym, meeting room, and suites on the top floor, offering breathtaking views of the dynamic city from private balconies.

At The Halyard, we pride ourselves on delivering the ultimate all-day dining experience, exclusively using the finest locally sourced ingredients for our Chef's specialty small plates.

As a Chef de Partie, you will collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to ensure impeccable food preparation and service, maintaining the highest standards. Your role also entails upholding cleanliness and organisation in designated kitchen areas.

We value effective communication and require previous experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel setting. Your dedication to exceptional quality and standards, coupled with a passion for guest satisfaction, will be paramount.
