As the Kitchen Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Kitchen Function in the delivery of unexceptional and magical dining experience to each of our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Passion for Excellence: Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and allergen awareness in line with legislation and hotel policies. Support the kitchen team in preventing cross-contamination and ensuring all food preparation areas meet required safety and cleanliness standards.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams to support daily operations. Assist chefs and colleagues to ensure efficient service and contribute to delivering a positive dining experience for all guests.
• Kitchen Standards: Take pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and hygienic kitchen environment. Follow all procedures when assisting with food preparation, cleaning equipment, organising stock, and preparing workstations in line with hotel standards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role may be beneficial but not essential as full on the job training will be provided.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. Additional language proficiency is a bonus.
• A drive to work as part of a team to exceed expectations and promote the hotels brand and services. 
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as our hotel operates 24/7.
